How far? Week 26
What's baby up to? Our sweet Ava Kata is about 1 2/3 pounds and 14 inches long. She's apparently about the size of a scallion. Her hearing is continuing to develop, so she can hear us talk and sing to her! :)
Weight gain? At 10 lbs since pregnancy according to my appointment last week... I go back next Monday, so we'll see then!
Maternity clothes? Yes. Always.
Symptoms? Not many - just random leg cramps at night, back aches, and some fatigue, but nothing major! :)
Sleep? Please. :) I love sleep!
Food cravings? Applesauce, stuff-crust pizza
Food aversions? Not one.
Miss anything? My clothes fitting normally, a hot bath
I'm feeling... productive! I think the nesting phase has kicked in!
Best moment of the week? Working on the nursery with Parker and registering for baby gifts. Thanks to Carrie for being our registry expert and tagging along with us to help!
Looking forward to... seeing our baby girl at our appointment next week. We're supposed to have an ultrasound to check to see if my placenta has moved (it was completely covering my cervix at 20 weeks) and I have my glucose test on Tuesday. I also can't wait for Spring Break so I can do some more nesting and knock out more on our "to-do-before-Ava-Kate-arrives" list.
