My sweet little girl, my heart is so full of love for you already. Your daddy and I have prayed for you, even before you were conceived and I am so grateful God has chosen us to be your parents! I can't wait to snuggle you and wrap you in my arms. You are so precious to me!
Baby girl, I hope you are ready for some BIG love. You and I have lots of conversations already about how much Daddy and I love you. We've even talked about how Grandma LyLy, Granddaddy Jack, and Granddaddy Mark love you and can't stop talking about you to everyone they encounter. Each of them are so, so, so excited. I know that Grandma Peggy in Heaven is just tickled pink about you sweet girl and I know she is our special angel watching over us. Just think, you are so dearly loved that not only the people at Granddaddy Jack's dentist office, Grandma LyLy's rotary club, and Granddaddy Mark's work get to hear about you from your doting "Earth-bound" grandparents, but the saints and angels in Heaven are awaiting your birth with excitement thanks to Grandma Peggy! How awesome is that?? But more than all of us, Jesus loves you. His love is so great that, in Romans 8:39, He says nothing can separate us from Him.
Of course I hope that you are healthy, but I also hope that you are happy and content in life. I pray that you will be blessed beyond measure and that all your dreams come true. I pray that you love others and love God. I hope you learn that you don't have to be perfect because God's grace is sufficient and that you value yourself and body anyways. I pray that you have wonderful friends and love in life. I hope you love to learn and that you have a great imagination. Sweet girl, be silly when you can, but be serious if you need to be. Know when to apologize and when to stand up for yourself. Have good manners and good work ethic, but more than anything else, be kind to others. You will fail at some things, but oh sweet girl, you will succeed and do awesome things in this world too. Know that your daddy and I love you so deeply and we are crazy proud of you already.
Please be patient with your Daddy and I as we learn how to be parents. We can be kind of nutty sometimes, but you'll get use to our random singing and dancing around the house. We can't wait until you can join in on our crazy little world. :)
